‘Cover’ to vie at Third Eye Asian Film Festival

The Third Eye Asian Film Festival in India has set to host Iranian short film ‘Cover’.

Directed by Vahid Alvandifar, the short will be in competition at the 18th edition of the Indian film event.

‘Cover’ narrates the story of a man who has been given a second chance to live. When his living body is found in the morgue, the man who has now a second chance decides not to go back to his old life style. He now wants to become a different person.

Yousef Yazdani, Hadi Eftekharzadeh, Hamed Nassaj-Bokharaee and Babak Rezapour are the cast members of the flick.

The film that has been made at the Youth Cinema Society in Hamedan has already attended a number of national and international film events including, the Termeh Iranian Cultural Festival in Germany and the International Amity Short Film Festival in Turkey.

Third Eye Asian Film Festival is to promote Asian cinema using multi-pronged approach of cultural activities.

The upcoming edition of the festival is to take place on March 1-6, 2020 in Mumbai.
